“I started using the Keeper (a washable menstrual cup) when I was a senior in college, and I have not bought a box of tampons since! I've used the Keeper for four years and here's why:
- It's cheap! The cost, averaged over ten years of use, is only 30 cents per month!
- It's environmental! I don't throw away feminine hygiene products.

“I just saw your site. Although I am [too old] to need this. I used [a cup like] this 20 years ago. It was called the Tassette Cup... This was my salvation as I had a very heavy flow. “I've had my Keeper for almost a year now. I have sent the names and addresses of every female I know to your mailing list, just because I am so pleased with your product.
I belong to a Women's Information Network and am now fondly known as the unofficial spokeswoman for The Keeper because every time a new person attends the meeting I have to tell them about the most wonderful product I've ever found.
I have been able to swim, run 5Ks, sleep, work, and play while wearing the Keeper, something I wasn't comfortable doing with a pad or tampon.
